Terracotta Pizza Stone |
Two years back I looked everywhere without finding one, but here we are. If you are serious about pizza cooking you have to use a pizza stone. Preheated in the oven it helps cook the crust well. You can get cast concrete things but the terracotta ones are much nicer. (Of course if you were really serious you would be reading the ovens section...) This link used to be direct but now you need to go there and search for terracotta.
